http://prntscr.com/jkzh06 This is the chart of BN. The white lines are the resistances where we have fallen in this retrace. We need to scale them one by one. The Red lines are the immediate supports. Kumudhan ji i had told that i would be busy on Monday.

http://prntscr.com/jkzpuq This is a 50000 Tick OBV chart. The black rectangle is the support. If we fall below this then the Green Rectangle is the support.

After the spectacular gains of the last swing up, we have not done much in the BN/Nifty spread as is evident from this chart.

We are in a sideways trend in this spread. Next cues we would get once we Break out / break down from this range.

On the positive side this chart highlights your risk mitigation as inspite of a huge fall in BN the spread has not lost much. So risk is taken care of automatically.

Please do not equate my normal trades with the spread trades.
I may not have made much in BN in the last week or 10 days but my HDFC/SBIN spread made 240 points (1.2 L) in 2 days with an initial risk of 5000 rupees. Had i taken the add also yesterday it would have exceeded 2L.

sir, margin requirement for BN/Nifty spread (2:3 ratio) is around 350000 rs., this is huge amount for me, can we execute same position by buying deep ITM options???

Deepak ji i have not tried. You first paper trade this method starting from tommoorow for atleast 2 weeks with your option idea and do share the results. If we can do it your way then we can really save a lot as margin money.
